Before passing software packages to our quality department our developers perform detailed System Integration Tests (SIT).

Our quality department manages and maintains Near Customer Environments in Virtual Machines. Before delivery to our customers and projects, software packages and releases must pass extensive User Acceptance Tests (UAT).

We maintain test plans with more than 2.500 test cases.

We operate a multi-vendor lab with hundreds of different peripheral devices. Our support team utilizes the same Near Customer Virtual Machines as our quality department.

This enables us to maintain excellent and very detailed knowledge and expertise on peripheral devices and the various landscapes they are used in.

We know our customers, projects, vendors and devices. This knowledge and expertise enables us to provide fast and excellent support.

Our support-hub provides 24/7 access to our ticketing system and connects your help-desk or developers with our support.
